Frank D. Yeary is co-founder and Chairman of CamberView Partners, the leading source of independent, investor-led advice for public companies. He served as Vice Chancellor of his alma mater, University of California, Berkeley, from 2008 to 2012 and prior to this appointment was a member of the management committee and Global Head of M&A at Citigroup Investment Banking. Prior to its sale in 2015, he co-founded and was Chairman of Level Money, Inc., a financial technology company devoted to helping young adults achieve financial balance.
Frank is on the boards of directors of PayPal Holdings and Intel Corporation and is also a member of the board of Aspiration, an investment firm focused on the middle class and SmartSky Networks, a communications company launching the nation’s first airborne 4G network. He received his bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley in history and economics.
