Many people around the world do not have access to even basic financial services, such as checking accounts, credit from regulated institutions, and insurance. These populations are instead at the mercy of informal financial services that can be either predatory or insufficient for their needs. As a product manager at Juvo, you will be responsible for the continued growth of our applications around the world, from 10s of millions to 100s of millions and beyond. You will have a central role within the organization and will regularly interface with the engineering, design, data science, marketing, business development, and partnerships teams. This role is equal parts strategy and execution — you will be responsible for creating & refining roadmaps with your project teams and will be responsible for writing and maintain specifications for new features and products. An ideal candidate uses data to form hypotheses, can clearly justify decisions based on high level business objectives, and has experience working on mobile applications. This position reports directly to the VP of Product.



  • Minimum 5 years experience in product management or a similar user-focused role
  • Experience growing mobile applications in a small startup environment
  • Quantitative, analytical thinker with a passion for solving problems
  • Excellent face-to-face, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Experience in building software for international audiences
  • Software engineering background a plus


  • Manage the product roadmap for one of our core mobile applications to drive organization and product KPIs
  • Collect insights from end users as well as our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Assist Sales team in collecting requirements and creating workarounds for deployments in new markets
  • Scope product vision into valuable releases and collaborate with Design & Engineering to release new functionality to the market
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to specify new product features and releases
  • Analyze usage data with our Data Science team to inform roadmap with quantitative insights
