About the Job:

We are looking for an awesome Office Manager to join our team and keep our office a positive and inviting place to visit and work.  Overall this role is responsible for the smooth running of our 40-50 person office maintaining an organized, efficient, fun environment.  Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and maintaining conference room and common areas, ordering office supplies, assisting in onboarding new employees, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support for the office.  This also includes ensuring our snack wall is full to fuel motivated work and that we have fun and exciting events to celebrate our milestones. In addition, we need someone to coordinate executive travel as we are an international company and have a strong presence globally. This includes not only the travel, but necessary meeting coordination, compliance with travel policies, reconciliation of expenses related to travel and events, assisting in travel visas, proactive planning for executives while on location and being the point of contact if/when travel gets complicated.  This is one of those roles (and we are one of those companies) where people pitch in and find themselves doing tasks that are “outside of their job description”, and so to say this is a catch all role is true.  This is a role that will impact all of our employees as well as our clients- it is a very important role for us.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience coordinating sometimes complicated travel
  • 2+ years experience with executive level support
  • 5+ years of customer and/or employee support
  • 2+ years of vendor management
  • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years experience with expense reporting and reconciliation of accounts
